Thank you for visiting our website, designed to inform the community about the emerging proposals for the redevelopment of the Haleon site in Norreys Drive, Maidenhead.

The site was formerly occupied by Haleon UK, which announced in April 2024 that operations at this location would cease. The company subsequently vacated the site in March 2026.

Firethorn is now bringing forward plans to redevelop the site with a new, sustainable three unit industrial/logistics park that, ensuring the site remains a key employment site in the area.
